The City of Haltom City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms for the upcoming BROADWAY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT design, etc. for paving, sanitary sewer, water and drainage improvements to Broadway Avenue from Denton Hwy/US 377 to Boulevard 26. Additionally, the selected consultant will need to comply with the requirements of TxDOT's Advanced Funding Agreement for this project (this document is included within the Request for Qualifications). Bid Notes: No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) will be made and no oral instructions will be given before the submittal deadline. Requests from interested firms for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the RFQ should be directed via email. Owner Rights: The City of Haltom City reserves the sole right to review the statement SOQ submitted, waive any irregularities therein, and select or reject any and/or all firms that submitted SOQs, should it be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Haltom City.
