Happi and Friends Landscape Repair After the initial installation of landscaping at the Happi and Friends development, some of the installed landscaping died. This project will consist of the removal and replacement of dead landscaping and installation of mulching in landscape beds where dead plants are replaced General and/or technical questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the TOWN DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES, Office of General Services, by mail at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017; by fax number 901-457-2258; or by email at tocpurchasing@colliervilletn.gov The TOWN will not orally interpret the meaning of the plans, specifications or other BID DOCUMENTS. BIDDERS must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of BID DOCUMENTS in writing to the TOWN's DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES or his/her designated Procurement Specialist. The TOWN must receive said written questions at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of BIDS. The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for construction improvements of the HAPPI AND FRIENDS LANDSCAPE REPAIR, complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings. The landscape repair will occur in the vicinity of the shopping center located at Poplar View Parkway and 1133 Polo Drive, Collierville, TN 38017.
