Remove and dispose of the existing Weil McLain 988 steam boiler, associated controls and safeties. Remove and dispose of any venting and piping not to be used for new boiler installation. 2. Boiler Work: a. Furnish & install a new Burnham V11H Boiler or approved equivalent and associated piping, controls, and safeties. b. Incorporate existing 1 year old Becket burner and gas train including those safeties and limit switches in said gas train. c. Design & Install necessary venting to meet code requirements. Preferably line the chimney. Confirm it's sized to meet the demand. d. Patch or replace insulation removed or disturbed during the project. e. Full combustion testing shall be performed and a written report of test results shall be furnished to the owner. 3. Exclusions a. Electrical work to be done by EWSD on staff Electrician.
