Ford Road Elementary School Annex Floor Replacement - The SCBE requests bids for FORD RD ES ANNEX FLOOR REPLACEMENT. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, 1. Removal and replacement of the flooring system at Ford ES Annex. 2. This includes demolition of sub floor, cut flush at walls and any floor mounted furnishings, replacement with 3/4 plywood, VCT/LVT, and base. 3. This does not include any wall repairs, cabinet removal, or sub floor replacement beneath these items. 4. Reference most recent, revised MSCS Design Guidelines. Site drawings are attached. SCBE has set a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprises goal of 11.7% for this project, the Bidder shall take affirmative action to ensure that minority-owned and women-owned businesses, which have been certified by the City ofMemphis, Shelby County Government and/or Memphis-Shelby County Airport. The work shall begin after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start time is 04/01/2024. Substantial completion date is 07/24/2024 and a final completion date of 08/24/2024.
