The City of Roswell/Chaves County Office of Emergency Management (hereinafter OEM) seeks proposals from consulting firms to provide revision services to the City of Roswell/Chaves County and surrounding townships All-Hazards Emergency Operation Plans (hereinafter AHEOP). The initial contract(s) shall begin on May 1, 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter for one (1) year. This contract may be renewed by mutual agreements in annual increments for a renewal period of one (1) year for up to three (3) renewals, provided that the funds for subject contract are available and approved annually by the City Council and that the Offeror has established a satisfactory record of performance. Offerors may contact ONLY the Procurement Manager and Project Manager regarding this solicitation. Other agency employees do not have the authority to respond on behalf of The City.
