Replace 29 heating system steam control valves in Roof Pipe Space, Annex Concourse and First Floor Mezzanine and program valve control sequences. 2. Install four new AC units including electrical power systems. 3. Disconnect 10 existing AC units from domestic water piping system and connect to existing condenser water piping system along with four new AC units. 4. Install supply, return and outdoor air ductwork systems at two new Concourse AC units. 5. Perform hazardous materials remediation as required within work scope areas in accordance with Work will be occurring on following levels at approximate floor areas: 1. Concourse: 30,000 sf . 2. First Floor: 22,000 sf 3. Mezzanine: 500 sf 4. Roof Pipe Space: 500 sf Involved Trades: 1. Mechanical. 2. HVAC Controls. 3. Electrical. 4.
