Connecticut State Community College (CT State) Tunxis Campus (TX), a Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) Institution is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to maintain and/or repair existing HVAC equipment necessary for the successful operation of CT State Community College Tunxis Campus at 271 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT 06032. The contract period for services shall be for approximately three (3) years commencing after contract execution with an initial term estimated as April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. The contract may, by mutual agreement, be renewed and extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods consistent with the terms and conditions of the original contract The work under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the preventative maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment listed in Attachment D at the following locations. 263 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT 06032 271 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT 06032 21 Spring Lane, Farmington, CT 06032 All questions and requests for clarification must be in writing and submitted no later than February 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm. to Richard Piotrowski CSCU Procurement Manager by email rpiotrowski@commnet.edu. Include the RFP number and title in the subject line. All questions will be answered as an addendum to this RFP only. No verbal questions will be accepted or answered. CSCU reserves the right to award in whole or in part, to contract with one or more proposers, to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interest of CSCU will be served. Should CSCU determine that only one Proposer is fully qualified, or that one Proposer is more highly qualified than the others under consideration, a contract may be negotiated and awarded to that Proposer.
