Renovation of a residential development in Spanaway, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Residential Home Repair - Composition Roof Welcome to Pierce County's eProcurement System. This system is inclusive to the procurement process, including submission of any questions and/or clarifications. It is strongly encouraged that contractor's submitting a quote/bid, first read the entire solicitation, paying close attention to the timelines, submission requirements, any required attachments, and specifically to the questionnaire section to ensure the contractor meets all requirements, and ask for any clarifications early in the process. All work shall be subject to a final Inspection by a Pierce County Human Services Housing Rehabilitation Specialist. Standards for satisfactory completion of work shall be determined by the intent of the Contract, applicable building code requirements, the Specifications and the Contractor's Manual. All work found to be lacking in any of these areas shall be repaired or redone at the Contractor's expense. The start date of this project will be determined by program staff and the winning bid. Projects are to be completed within 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) by program staff. Question Submission Deadline: January 30, 2024, 2:00pm
