The Town of Flower Mound is seeking a vendor to Provide Municipal Grounds Maintenance. The Town of Flower Mound is soliciting bids for municipal grounds maintenance to be performed at various Town facilities as described in the following bid specifications. The term of the contract will be one year with four (4) optional one-year renewal periods. The contract will be awarded to the bidder(s) providing the best value to the Town of Flower Mound as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated herein. The Town reserves the right to award any or all line items, in whole or in part, to one or more vendors. The cycle frequencies stated herein are an accurate reflection of the Town's anticipated needs. However, due to budget contingencies, cycle frequencies may be adjusted prior to award, or at any time during the contract period. At no time will adjustments to the bid prices offered be imposed on the Town. Please take this into consideration when submitting bid prices. Bid prices will be held firm during the contract period. This contract will contain a fixed pricing structure for the term of the contract. The awarded vendor(s) will be required to provide insurance evidencing the Town's provisions as stipulated in this bid document and execute a written contract with the Town of Flower Mound. A sample contract is available for review upon request. Initial one (1)-year term with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1)-year terms. Late submissions will not be considered. Responses must be submitted with the bid number and the respondent's name and address clearly indicated on the front of the envelope. Additional instructions for preparing a response are provided within. All forms in the solicitation packet must be completed in order for your bid to be considered.
