CONTRACT NO. 24-R01 MARSHALL CAMPUS PAVING IMPROVEMENTS The scope of work includes approximately 16,000 square yards of roadway and playgrounds milling and profiling, 3/4 Superpave WMA scratch course, and 1 1/2 " Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; structure grade adjustments; catch basin repairs and/or replacements; traffic control; add alternates for additional milling and paving and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways and playgrounds. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the North Allegheny School District. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to North Allegheny School District. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply.
