The Form of Proposal and Proposal Envelope Must Be Requested From the Construction Manager (Alliance Corporation, 116 E. College Street, Glasgow, Ky 42141 Phone 270.651.8848, Fax 270.651.2915). All Bids Shall Be Submitted Only on the Form of Proposal and in the Envelope Prepared by the Construction Manager. The Proposal Envelope Will Have the Project and Respective Bid Package(S) Number Affixed. Plans and Specifications May Be Examined at the Following Locations: - Office of the Construction Manager, Alliance Corporation, 116 East College Street, Glasgow, Ky 42141 the New Barren County Judicial Center Project Will Be Bid and Constructed Utilizing Construction Management at Risk Form of Construction Contract Delivery. Alliance Corporation Will Be the Construction Manager for the Project Under Contract With the Barren County Fiscal Court. Bids to the Barren County Fiscal Court Shall Be Assigned to Alliance Corporation and Bidder Shall Enter Into a Subcontract Agreement With Alliance Corporation. Award Shall Be Issued to the Best Value Responsive Bid, With Bidder Meeting All Requirements of This Solicitation. Alliance Corporation's Recommendation for Awardees Shall Be Based on Best Value of Bid, Statement of Qualifications and References. Bids Will Be Received From Individual Trade Package Contractors on a Lump Sum Bid Basis for the Individual Trade Bid Package as Described Herein. All Phases of the Work Described and Outlined Within the Individual Trade Bid Packages Will Be Completed by the Successful Individual Trade Bid Package Contactor. Bids Shall Be Submitted in the Manner Herein Described and on the Official Proposal Form Included With the General Conditions and Specifications and Shall Be Subject to All the Conditions as Set Forth and Described in the Bid Documents. the Following Shall Be the Official Contact List for the Project. All Communication and Clarifications Concerning the Bidding Documents Shall Be Forwarded Through the Contacts Listed Below. All Correspondence and Questions Shall Be Copied to the Construction Manager's Office by Email - Tommy Gumm, Alliance Corporation, 116 East College Street, Glasgow, Ky 42141, 270.651.8848, Tgumm@alliancecorporation.com. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Ten Percent (10%) Bidders Bond, Executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in the Sum of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Base Proposal the Bid Bond Shall Be on Consensus Doc Form 760. The Bid Security is Required as a Guarantee That if the Proposal is Accepted a Contract Will Be Immediately Entered Into and Will Provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. Proposal Forms Must Be Properly Filled Out. No Qualifying Letters or Statements Will Be Considered. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Submitted for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date Set for the Opening of Bids. the Following Bids Are Requested:
