The Scope of work is Interior Demolition, Millwork, Sealants, Doors & Hardware, Door Install, Glazing, Security Film, Storefronts, Flooring, Drywall, Paint, Specialties (signage), and Electrical. The bids shall be based on approved plans and specifications, titled BPIP21 Badge Pass Improvements Project at Mandarin Oaks Elementary School No. 258 prepared by Akel Logan Shafer Architects, 704 Rosselle Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM EST, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at E. Vaughan Rivers, Inc. office located at 1882 Bellair Boulevard, Orange Park, FL 32073.
