Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project: 2024 Stephen Street Structural Wall Repair Proposed Improvement: Work to be performed under this contract consists of installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete structural wall & HMA bike path throughout the Village. Only qualified Contractors will be allowed to receive Plans and bid on this project. The Village of Lemont reserves the right to only issue Bid Documents to Contractors who are regarded as qualified. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions". The Village of Lemont may disqualify a bidder for outstanding debts to the Village. The Awarding Authority will in no case be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or changes in anticipated profits resulting from such failure or neglect of the bidder.
