The scope of the work is to renovate approximately 5,700 square feet of "Panther Place" located on the third floor of the Georgia State University Student Center West. This work includes: the interior demolition of this area and a portion of the corridor located at the entry to the space for a new reception desk. The project involves the creation of two major areas: an "active zone" which will include 3 sub-areas with AV monitors for gaming stations, a small "vending" area for microwaves, etc. and a "quiet zone" which includes a storage area, cubicle areas for study with niches/benches along one wall.
