The Primary Service Provider Will Be Assigned to Provide Goods and Services to Ornge on an Ongoing Basis and Under the Same Terms and Conditions; the Secondary Service Provider is the Backup Provider if the Primary Service Provider Cannot Provide the Goods and Services Required. To Proceed With This Rfq, Respondents Must Be Able to Provide Services to Ornge's Bases at the Following Locations. The Proposal May Be Disqualified and Not Evaluated Further if a Respondent Can Not Meet This Specific Requirement. Toronto Island Airport Sudbury Airport Sioux Lookout Airport Ottawa Airport London Airport Kenora Airport Thunder Bay Airport Timmins Airport The Service Provider(S) Must Have the Required Resources, Expertise, and Reliability While Complying With Applicable Regulations to Perform the Following Scope of Work: Chemical (Non-biomedical) Hazardous Waste Collection, Storage, Removal, and Disposal. Chemical (Non-biomedical) Hazardous Waste Identification, Categorizing, Labelling, and Profiling. Chemical (Non-biomedical) Hazardous Waste Shipping Document and Manifest When Applicable. Replenish the Necessary Equipment to Each Service Location, I.e., Drum, Pail, and Bucket. Supply and Deliver Equipment, I.e. Drum, Pail, and Bucket, to the Service Locations When Requested. Promptly Respond to Ornge With a Service Date for the Non-scheduled Service Request. . Schedule and Maintain the Service Dates for the Ongoing Services or Scheduled Services. Ornge Chemical (Non-biomedical) Hazardous Waste Has Been Classified, and in Compliance With the Environmental Act, as Such, Waste is Separated and Stored in the Following Categories and Service Provider(S) Will Be Required to Comply With the Following Classifications: (a) Waste Fuel (Jet Fuel, Diesel, Gasoline) 55-gallon Steel Drum (B) Waste Oil (Used Engine Oil, Hydraulic Fluid, Turbine Oil, Grease) 55-gallon Steel Drum (C) Waste Oil Filters (Used Engine Oil Filters, Hydraulic Filters, Fuel Filters) Steel Drum or Metal Bucket Depending on Volume Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
