Closing Time: 3:30 PM (NT) The Town of Labrador City is requesting bids for the supply of a new municipal street sweeper as specified in this tender. The municipal street sweeper shall be a new, not previously used vacuum street sweeper and shall meet the minimum specifications and requirements set herein forth. Prototypes will not be accepted. The municipal street sweeper bid in this tender shall be a Freightliner M2 truck chassis mounted type, 8.5 cubic yard volumetric capacity vacuum street sweeper, with left and right side gutter broom and an 8" catch basin cleaning system. It shall be the manufacturer's latest model and design. These specifications shall be regarded as minimum. Bidders must furnish all descriptive literature, manufacturers compliance certificates and all other data on the equipment proposed as required in this specification. This specification describes an environmentally controlled and silenced street sweeper. Regenerative air type sweepers will not be accepted. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
