Reference Number 0000263056 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/12 04:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/02/21 04:00:00 PM EST This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to proponents to submit a proposal for the supply and installation of an LED sports lighting system to replace our existing metal halide sports lighting system in our 10 lane 50m Training Pool, our 10 lane 50m Competition Pool, our 25m x 25m Dive Pool and our 4 court Field House and Track, at 875 Morningside Avenue located in Toronto, Ontario. The Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. (“TPASC”) s inviting Proponents to submit a proposal for services for the replacement of Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre sports lighting, changing the systems from metal halide systems to LED sports lighting systems in our Training Pool, our Competition Pool, our Dive Pool, and our Field House and Track. There are two potential scopes of work for this project, as detailed below. TPASC is planning to install both white and event lighting (coloured light with DMX) for the following facility venues: (1) competition pool; (2) dive pool; and, (3) field house courts 1 & 2. The following facilities venues to be fitted out with LED white light only: (1) the training pool; (2) field house courts 3 & 4; and, (3) the track. For the field house courts 3 & 4, TPASC would like a design plan with costing and project timelines for both options (a. white light only and b. white light with event lighting) for TPASC consideration. TPASC reserves the right not to award a contract. TPASC may reject any or all proposals.
