Rehabilitation of the City of Bozeman Water Reclamation Facility's Gravity Thickener Tank consists of surface concrete repair and re-coating of the tank's interior with additional evaluation by a Professional Engineer and structural concrete repairs as required and additional work consisting of recoating the tank's clarifier unit and all related work incidental to construction. The tank is approximately 35 feet in diameter and 12 feet deep. The work will be done under a single contract. Est. Value: $ 350,000.00 Est. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
