No Bid Bond Shall Be Waived or Returned Because the Bidder Has Failed to or Cannot Comply With Any Requirements as Set Forth in the Plans, Specifications or Any Applicable Statues of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or Any Applicable Ordinances. Scope of Work Includes: 69,471 Sy - Bituminous Milling, 3,610 Tons - 9.5mm Hma Leveling, 5,903 - 9.5mm Hma Wearing, 459 Tons - 25mm Hma Base and 28 Each - Snowplowable Fire Hydrant Pavement Markers.
