PROJECT DESCRIPTION Phase 1: Locate Leaks Due to the major loss of water and the existing HHW being shutoff, thermal imaging tracing is not allowed. The only method that will be accepted is a Tracer Gas for Industrial Leak Investigation. The college may consider an alternative method if the bidding contractor provides substantial evidence that the method proposed will be successful. Tracer Gas for Industrial Leak Investigation, a safe, nontoxic, nonflammable mixture of 5% nitrogen and 95% hydrogen is required to be utilized.
