MEMS is seeking qualification submissions from area Commercial Landscape/Lawn Care providers to provide lawn care services and maintenance to MEMS properties. Supplier must be considered a Full Service provider and capable of providing complete lawn care services. Supplier must be licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing with AR A/G office, and BBB. Supplier will provide lawn care and maintenance services to MEMS headquarters located in Little Rock, AR and other MEMS properties located within Pulaski County. In order to be considered, Supplier will need to conduct an on-site inspection of MEMS Headquarters, and speak with MEMS Facilities Manager. MEMS reserves the right to most qualified Supplier.
