The scope of work includes the following: In the mens restroom, remove the wall finish and substrate down to metal studs. Remove floor finish down to concrete slab. The mens restroom will have the remove the wall finish and substrate down to metal studs and prepare for new gypsum board or cement board and ceramic tile and paint finish. Remove floor finish down to concrete slab, level and prepare slab to receive new mosiac tile finish. Remove and install new plumbing fixtures in same location. Remove existing vanity, top, faucet, and sink and install structural steel support for new countertop and sinks. Replace acoustic ceiling tile and grid and provide new light fixtures. The womens restroom will include cleaning and preparing existing floor to receive new saniglaze floor finish. Remove existing vanity, top, faucet, and sink and install structural steel support for new countertop and sinks. There is miscellanous work to remove recessed paper towel dispensers and infill opening to match existing. Patch and replace select areas of ceramic wall tile.
