Bidders cannot withdraw their bid without the written consent of the Owner. Enforcement of the Bid Bond will be at the sole discretion of the Owner, the Owner reserves the right to exercise the Bid Bond or not if a Bidder is allowed to withdraw their bid. If the Owner elects to not exercise their option on the Bid Bond they will do so in writing to the Bidder.
