Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Beebe, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. the installation of a splash pad, concrete pavilion pad, storm drains, and potable water utilities as detailed on the plans. 2. mobilization and demobilization 3. clearing, grubbing and erosion control 4. site grading 5. electrical lighting and wiring 6. miscellaneous appurtenances 7. safety systems 8. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work shall be considered subsidiary to the associated unit cost, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included. The Project has an expected duration of 210 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept that bid which in its judgment best serves the interest of the Owner.
