This solicitation is subject to the provisions of the City of Poquoson's Instructions to Bidders, General Terms and Conditions for Construction Contracts and any other Special Terms and Conditions provided with the Bid Documents. The City will assume no responsibility for oral instruction, suggestion, or interpretation; any question regarding the bid documents shall be directed to Tara Woodruff, Finance Director, in writing, and any material change will be submitted to all bidders in the form of a Bid Addenda.
