Reference number : 1793384 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-05 Replacement of an Air Conditioning System (Halocarbon) at Georges-Dor Cultural Centre. The work covered by this contract is located at the Georges-Dor Centre at 3490 Route de l'Aéroport in the borough of La Haute-Saint-Charles, and includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of three obsolete ventilation and air conditioning units on the roof with two new recuperated air units. The replacement of these ventilation and air conditioning units involves related architectural, mechanical and electrical work. In architecture, the work focuses on the occasional repair of membranes and roofs, as well as the repair of interior partitions and ceilings. In terms of mechanics, in addition to the replacement of the rooftop units, the work involves the installation of a variable refrigerant heat pump network, the supply of lifting equipment, the modification of ventilation duct networks including insulation and insulation, modernization in automatic regulation, as well as testing, balancing and commissioning. In electricity, the work consists of powering new mechanical equipment, adding service outlets, as well as modifying and recertifying the existing fire alarm system.
