This project requires the Contractor to be properly and appropriately licensed and insured in the State of Florida, Fort Myers and Lee County, Florida. The DISTRICT will require a Bid Security/Bond and a Public Construction Bond on this project. Any bid received by the DISTRICT later than the above time shall remain unopened. Project scope includes but is not limited to: Dredge material from the pond. Place dredged material in eroded areas of the pond with erosion of approximately 8 and greater. Cover filled material with coconut matting. The work shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction documents. All materials and shop drawings shall be submitted for review by the Engineer of Record. c.
