The Los Angeles Unified School District (District/LAUSD) invites the submittal of qualifications from "B - General Building Contractor" licensed contractors interested in providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Relocation of Portable Buildings Contracting Services for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, etc., of buildings, structures, or other real property District-wide. Ordering is accomplished by means of issuance of a Job Order under the Job Order Contract. All contractors are required to comply with the District's Prequalification requirements. Contractors must meet the District Prequalification Program requirements as a Prime Contractor and the RFQ Minimum Experience Qualification criteria to be placed on the JOC RFQ Eligible Contractors List for Relocation of Portable Buildings Contracting Services. Requests for Clarification (RFC) will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the RFQ due date. The District will only accept e-mail questions related to the RFQ and sent to Ronnie Bossier, Contract Administration Analyst at ronnie.bossier@lausd.net with the subject header "RFQ-R-24035 - RFC". Contractor must have an active B - General Building Contractor license classification, issued by the State of California and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
