Tnh211-2024- Installation Of Fencing At Various Town Facilities For Further Information Email Contracts@northhempsteadny.gov. The Town Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality In Or To Reject Any Or All Responses Which It Deems To Be In The Best Interest Of The Town Of North Hempstead. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to the Purchasing Division, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York 11030, provided the Bid is actually received by the Purchasing Division prior to the time of public opening; or Bids may be delivered to the place of public opening (i.e., the Office of the Purchasing Division) immediately prior to the time of public opening. Late bids will not be accepted. A) All work shall be cleaned up upon completion of the work in accordance with the Town's Representative's directions and the work site shall be left in a neat and orderly fashion. B) All areas damaged by the Contractor's operations shall be restored to their preconstruction condition. C) There will be no direct payment for clean up of the work site. Its cost shall be included in the cost of the items that were utilized to perform the particular work. D) No item of work shall be considered complete and ready for payment until the work site condition is satisfactory to the Town's Representative
