Mandates whose value is greater than the public tender threshold or which are included in construction or asset maintenance projects and in certain projects requiring particular expertise where the value of the work is at least two million (2,000,000) dollars before applicable taxes are excluded from this qualification. The value of projects awarded to Qualified Suppliers will primarily be less than fifty thousand (50,000) dollars each. Qualified Suppliers must provide labor and materials for the following work (non-exhaustive description): Supply and installation of custom laboratory counters and cabinets (see example of project 560.03 in Appendix VI); Supply and installation of custom-made tablets (see example of project 555 in Appendix VI); Supply and installation of custom institutional quality furniture (see example of project 560.23 in Appendix VI); Supply and installation of tailor-made institutional quality integrated office furniture (see example of project 591 in Annex VI); Supply and installation of custom accent walls (see example of the project in Pavilion C in Appendix VI);
