Path and Landscape (Rack Sub & Lower) The Project includes the following Work: Construct a walking path, landscape areas, storm pond, and parking lot near Sunnyside Road and Idaho Falls Power Rack Substation / Lower Plant. The Project has an expected duration of four weeks.
