Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Frisco is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of identified sections of concrete pavement, flex base, pavement markings, sidewalk, and curb and gutter at two separate locations on Overhill Drive. Questions Due Date: Feb 1st 2024, 4:00 PM CST Bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). bidder during the term of the contract and for three (3) years thereafter. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City.
