Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grand View, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; for site work for a office development; parking garage; and parking garage.

The work primarily consists of constructing a new 72 ft. x 45 ft. single level, wood framed garage on a concrete frost wall foundation system and concrete floor. The garage will be located at 54640 Raymond Avenue in Grand View, Wisconsin. The building will have steel siding and a standing seam steel roofing. The work will also include the installation of the Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical Systems. Additional Doc Acq Note: Bidding Documents will be available for examination starting on, January 22, 2024, at the office of C&S Design & Engineering, Inc., 2023 6th Street West, Ashland, Wisconsin, 54806, telephone number (715) 685-1067, trevor@csdesignengineering.com. Overnight mailing of Bidding Documents will not be provided. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. Plan Holders are required to provide an e-mail address in order to receive addenda and other information electronically. Plan Holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier if they want this information posted on the project Plan Holders List. Bids may not be withdrawn within 5 days of the bid opening without the agreement of the Owner. Emailed bids are allowed as long as they are received 30 minutes prior to the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: All bids remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the day of the bid opening, but the owner may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return it prior to that date. This project is subject to Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF) funding construction project requirements, including those in the Supplemental Requirements of this Project Manual.
