TIMELINE: Request for proposals for engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work is closed. Reference number: 1795952. Proposals have been deposited and are under review. The mandate includes the preparation of preliminary and final drafts, plans and specifications as well as support. Further update in mid-/late spring, 2024. Note: The opportunity study and environmental impact study has been completed.
