AMENDMENT 3- The RFQ has been amended to change the period of performance. Description of Service: Evaluate the existing fire system for B6205's compatibility with the new woodshop. This includes inspecting sprinkler and alarm systems, providing hydraulic calculations, conducting a dust hazard analysis, preparing a hazardous material inventory statement, developing a hazardous material management plan, and coordinating a fire flow test with American Water. Deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations based on findings. If interested and capable of fulfilling the requirements listed in the statement of work (SOW) please complete the attached RFQ and return to me no later than suspense date NLT 22 March 2024 at 10am. If any questions please have the attached with your RFQ NLT 18 March 2024 at 10am. The quote shall be effective 60 days after submission
