Bids are hereby requested for crack sealing of cracks 1/8" and larger on county asphalt road surfaces with hot applied rubberized asphalt. All bids shall include all material, equipment, and labor necessary for crack sealing in place. Bids are hereby requested for rejuvenation of county asphalt roads with the following materials in accordance with the following specifications: Bidder shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for rejuvenation of county asphalt roads, including traffic control and warning signs. All surfaces shall be cleaned with a power broom prior to application of materials. Bids are hereby requested for fog sealing of county asphalt roads with the following materials. Bid Notes : Firm prices will be F. O. B. destination. Texas County Election. Purchases by Texas County, Oklahoma, are not subject to state or federal taxes. This bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by the County constitutes a firm contract. Oklahoma laws require each bidder submitting a bid to a county for goods or services to furnish a notarized sworn statement of non-collusion. A form is supplied below. Bids will be firm until 30 days. Bond Notes: All successful bidders shall furnish proof of liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate. Successful vendor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond. All successful bidders shall furnish proof of Worker's Compensation insurance. The term of all successful bids will be One year (twelve months) March 13, 2024 to March 13, 2025. Vendors must comply with all aspects of the original invitation to bid form.
