Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Ohio Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project involves sanitary sewer repairs, including, but not limited to sanitary point repairs, manhole repairs and replacements, pre- and post-repair televising, full sanitary sewer segment replacements under a PA Small Water Grant, traffic control, access and mobilization, and restoration. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Ross Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. Bidders will be responsible for viewing the project locations on their own.
