Reference Number 0000340246 Job Location: In and near downtown Wayne Time of Completion - Project Must Be Completed by: June 28, 2024 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/05/2024 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Approximately 7,700 L.F. of 8-Inch Sanitary Sewer, 1,930 L.F. of 10" Sanitary Sewer, 1,475 L.F. 12" Sanitary Sewer and 2,150 L.F. 15", 310 L.F. of 24" Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation CIPP, and 200 Lateral Reinstatements. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A Certified Check or Surety Bond, payable to the City of Wayne, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Proposal shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Bonds, Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds, and Insurance Certificates. The City of Wayne reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any defects or irregularities in proposals, and to accept any proposal which is deemed most advantageous to said City's interest. Liquidated damages amounting to $1500.00 per calendar day will be assessed based on the failure to complete the contract .
