Renovation of a swimming pool in Southlake, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Carroll Independent School District ("CISD" or "District") is requesting proposals for Roof Replacement Services for the district's Aquatic Center located at 1501 W. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX 76092 Replace the existing failed roofing system with a new one. Ensure the new roofing system is durable and meets industry standards for an aquatics center. Improve energy efficiency and insulation if applicable. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Removal of the existing damaged Tectum and TPO roofing materials. Inspection of the underlying structure for any damage. Installation of a new roofing system, specifying the type of roofing material (e.g., EPDM, PVC, metal) to be used. Installation of insulation and vapor barrier as necessary. Flashing installation around roof penetrations. Ensure proper drainage and gutter installation. Final inspection and quality control. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum, as needed. The District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(s) and to accept the proposal(s) which offer the best advantage to CISD. Question Deadline 06/27/2024 at 2:00 PM CT
