Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a pipeline; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Pierce County (County) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced professional architecture and engineering firms/teams for the design, and construction administration of multiple projects within County facilities and offices located in Pierce County, City of Tacoma, and City of University Place. The project entails the design of office tenant improvements (TI) and site civil designs including but not limited to the following Architectural design and layout of office tenant improvements HVAC and electrical Low voltage security and access control Site parking and outdoor security Electric vehicle charging Site storm water Building and site development permits The selected Contractor will work with the County to develop the cost-effective and efficient phasing plan and designs, prioritized to accomplish the project goals of completing the design, permitting, and construction of the interior and exterior improvements necessary to consolidate staff into existing facilities. The County intends to issue one PSA for all project phases and locations but reserves the right to award one or multiple PSAs for the requested services. SOQs should be submitted assuming one PSA shall be awarded. Question Submission Deadline February 2, 2024, 1:00pm The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
