Department of Energy (DOE), Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW) issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) full and open seeking a qualified Contractor to provide services for "hauling off and proper disposal of wood pole debris accumulated at various work sites" This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the services required by DSW at various rural locations along designated power system within Arizona and California States. The contract will be performed on these counties only: California - Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino counties; Arizona -Cochise, La Paz, Yuma, Penal, Mohave, and Maricopa counties in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The contract will be for a base performance period of 12 months with four option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS code is 562112 " Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal" Please review all attachments for more information. Please use attachment 2 Bid Schedule for performance period of 12 months with four option periods and Attachment 3 SF1449. Base Period of Performance (estimate): 05/01/2024 - 04/30/2025
