The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel, tools, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide the timely, safe and effective execution of the work detailed in this solicitation. Bids are to be inclusive of all costs associated with the work detailed in this scope. The following describes the locations to be mowed. Refer to Attachment “I” for site maps of the Scottsville area properties. Additional sites may be added, or existing sites dropped as determined by the County. In the case of a location being added to the list, the Contractor will be asked for a quote for a “per event cost” prior to commencing work at that new location. The bids shall be examined for conformance of all requirements of the solicitation including a signature, acknowledgement of addenda, and presence of a bid bond, when required. At the conclusion of the reading of the bids, Procurement staff will complete the due diligence to examine bids for determination of complete responsiveness and vendor responsibility and additional information, including the bid tabulation, will be provided as it becomes available. Period of Contract: One (1) year from date of final execution with an option for an additional four (4) one (1) year renewals
