Description: The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor performing repairs to the product coolers #1 and #2. Site Directions: Veolia Water Milwaukee LLC, Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, 700 East Jones Street, Milwaukee, WI 532075 The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor performing repairs to the product coolers #1 and #2. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. he time for completion of the Contract shall be 200 (two hundred) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. It is important for Bidders to note that time of completion of the work under this Contract is material to its performance. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding forty five (45) days from the bid opening date.
