Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish and install the following materials and appurtenances for the City of Pierres Street Surface Treatment Slurry Seal 2024 which includes but is not limited to: Slurry Seal Surface treatment to be completed on City streets. Failure to substantially complete the project by October 4th, 2024 A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, in the Amount of 100 Percent of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract. shall result in the application of liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day until full completion of the work is reached and agreed to by the Engineer. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for 10 percent of the total amount of the BID. A certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in the amount of 5 percent of the total sum of the BID may be used in lieu of a BID BOND.
