The Scope of Work Includes: Developing a system-wide inventory of service line materials through field investigations. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Sparks in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Sparks. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The proposed goal is 4.00% for MBE AND 4.00% for WBE. All work on the project must be completed within 150 consecutive calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
