Window Replacement: o Remove and replace windows according to the following specifications: o Windows to be wood-clad dual pane insulated. o Windows Sizes and Quantities: o 14 units of 25 X 34 windows o 12 units of 34 X 35 windows o 6 units of 36 X 42 windows o 16 units of 36 X 60 windows o 12 units of 39 X 23 windows o 80 units of 40 X 36 windows o 6 units of 40 X 40 windows o 10 units of 41 X 34 windows o 5 units of 42 X 42 windows o 10 units of 46 X 35 windows o 136 units of 46 X 42 windows o 25 units of 46 X 46 windows o 82 units of 59 X 34 windows o 63 units of 63 X 47 windows o 86 units of 72 X 36 windows o 6 units of 72 X 48 windows o 6 units of 72 X 80 Slider windows o 1 unit of 86 X 106 Entry window o 6 units of 95 X 58 windows o This total cost includes materials, labor, and any necessary equipment required to install the specified windows efficiently and precisely. o Please include the cost for proper disposal of the existing windows. o Window sizing and quantities has been provided by a previous survey. The contractor is to perform a separate survey to confirm. 2. Siding Replacement: o Siding Material: Utilize T-11 siding for all wood siding replacement. o Replacement of wood trim and wood skirt from the bottom of building to finished grade below. o Insulation Replacement: Perform a thorough assessment and replacement of insulation in rotted areas before installing the new T-11 siding. Ensure that the insulation meets industry standards for energy efficiency and durability. Provide a cost-per-square-foot replacement allowance. o Painting: Paint all new T-11 siding, trim, existing CMU, vinyl, and stucco for the buildings as indicated on the map. Prepare surfaces adequately, including priming as needed, before applying the paint. Paint to be industry-standard exterior application. o Building Coverage: The scope of work includes buildings as outlined on the provided map. Ensure that all sides of the buildings mentioned are covered, and the replacement is consistent across the entire structure. o Include the cost for proper disposal of the removed material. 3. Alternate #1: New Exterior Doors o Provide a cost for new entry doors (36"x80") and utility doors (2 - 24"x80") for each unit highlighted in the site map. Include the cost of painting these doors. o Provide a separate line item for new hardware utilizing the existing door frame.
