RED RIVER VALLEY SCHOOL DIVISION is accepting tender price submissions for the installation of a new air conditioning system at Sanford Collegiate in Sanford, MB. The gymnasium in the school, Sanford Collegiate, currently does not have any air conditioning. The goal is to install a suitable refrigerant system integrated into the existing ventilation specific to the gymnasium. The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: o Design and install a refrigerant air conditioning system suitable for a 90' x 64' space with a 24' ceiling. o Installing thermostat controls. o Supply and install the necessary components for a refrigerant system. o Setup a compound outside the school for the air conditioner compressors. o Work with our current control systems provider to have the new system accessible with our web controls program. o Supply and replace any component that is currently compromised that is necessary for the new system. o Completion date is June 30, 2024.
