The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities This is a Notice to Bidder's to allow BCS to select a qualified Mechanical/HVAC Contractor for the Blair High School Main Gym and Auxiliary Gym RTU's. The Bidders are required to submit a signed original bid proposal form. Along with the original signed bid proposal form shall be a complete scope letter with detailed inclusions The scope of work to be addressed by this proposal is to remove the existing main gym and auxiliary gym RTU's and replace them with new Valent RTU's or approved equal. No substitutions are allowed. Sealed proposals will be received until 10:30 am on February 5, 2024. Sealed proposals will be received at the BCS Central offices at the address listed above. Proposals will then be reviewed by BCS and awarded on February 12, 2024. The Bidders are required to submit a signed original bid proposal form. Along with the original signed bid proposal form shall be a complete scope letter with detailed inclusions and exclusions. A MANDATORY site visit will be held January 29, 2024, at 11:00 am at the High School. This is a Notice to Bidder's to allow BCS to select a qualified Mechanical/HVAC Contractor for the Blair High School Main Gym and Auxiliary Gym RTU's. The base proposal shall include all mechanical, exterior duct work insulation, electrical, temperature controls, air balancing, roofing, structural work if needed, crane, and damage repairs if needed. The tentative schedule for this project is work beginning on May 20,2024 and being completed by June 8, 2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
