The project consists of the removal of the existing unused storage area (former green house) balcony at courtyard that is currently leaking. Block in exterior wall, and reminder of space will be an interior storage room behind stairwell. This project is not educational and does not affect the adjacent classrooms uses of educational functions. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00.
