The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for Providing Quality Requested Service in Accordance With Industry, Standards, Plans, Directions and Instructions a Provided by Nvmhi. o Nvmhi Campus is a Tobacco Free Area and That No Smoking or Tobacco Products Are Allowed. o the Contractor Shall Provide Copy of Contractor's and Business Licenses to Agency Prior to Award. o the Contractor Shall Provide a Copy of Liability Insurance to Agency Prior to Award. o Any Damage to Existing Equipment or Finished Surfaces Resulting From the Performance Shall Be Repaired to the Commonwealth's Satisfaction at the Contractor's Sole Expense. o the Contractor Acknowledges and Agrees That the Price Quoted Shall Be for the Requested Services.
